Imagine exchanging your vows in a scenic garden courtyard, sharing your first kiss as spouses beneath a flower-laden wooden archway as your guests look on from a verdant lawn. You can even exchange your vows in the Eagle Commons Hallway beneath the museum’s grand staircase, creating a dramatic indoor setting for kicking off married life together. Enjoy mingling with flutes of champagne in hand in the Eagle Commons Hallway before sojourning to the elegant Clowes Ballroom, complete with an adjacent terrace offering breathtaking views of the Indianapolis skyline.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $4,200 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. Additional spaces are available, please inquire directly with the venue. Please note tables and chairs are only for an indoor reception, tables and chairs for an outdoor reception will have an additional fee.
