Venue Notes

Cooper Hotel outdoor receptions have a $1,500 +tax setup charge. You will be responsible for obtaining tent, generator, outdoor dance floor, chairs, and lighting. This fee also includes includes four hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking
