Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1AM.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a minimum guest count applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $5 per person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $5 per person.
