Set up time can start at 12:00PM. Earlier start time can be arranged upon availability. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $850 to $2,800 for reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $1,000 to $1,750 depending on guest count. There is no a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. Beer and wine is provided by the venue and hard liquor can be arranged for an additional fee for your event. There is a $5.00 per person fee for the use of an outside caterer.
