Cloverdale Barn Overview

Cloverdale Barn is the ideal venue for those wanting elegant and picturesque weddings. Come and visit to find out how our value has achieved top ranking from clients in the DC, Loudoun, Fauquier, and as far away as West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.  The top of the barn has expansive timbers to magnify each event with openness and warmth. Used for pre- or post ceremony cocktails, the Bank (bottom) reflects the 18th century craftsmanship of hand-hewn beams and massive stonework. Two miles from Winchester allows the benefit of hotels, transportation, and other amenities, yet the location has magnificent views of the countryside and privacy. Cloverdale Barn can provide you table, chairs, and tent at a reasonable rate or you choose your own. Flexible options enable you to create the event you value. Your four-hour Saturday weddings starts when your ceremony or reception begins and we do not charge for your day of setup or breakdown. In season, start at 12hr event @ $2700 (extra hours at $150), off-season at $1800. Consider a Friday or Sunday four-weddings, which start at $1600 in $1400 off-season.

Venue Notes

The 12 hour base starts when your ceremony or reception begins ranges from $700 to $2,700 for a ceremony and reception and includes setup four hours after your event for breakdown. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. Please inquire with venue for wedding ceremony only and portable restroom options.
