Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 1 hour prior to event start time. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,300 to $2,600 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $300 with reception rental or $500 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. Please note there is an outdoor area included with rental of indoor space. There is a minimum guest count of 40 guests for the reception.
