The rental fee ranges from $0 to $3,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $3,500 with reception rental. Please note the outdoor space is a seasonal location (April-October). There is a 25 guest count minimum.
