The rental fee is $3,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee, please inquire with venue for details. 100% refundable within 6 months. 50% refundable between 3 and 6 months. Non-refundable less than 3 months.
