Set up time can start at 5:00PM. Earlier set up time can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,750 and includes an extra hour of event time. A non-refundable security deposit of 25% of the estimated food and beverage minimum is required.
