Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The all-inclusive package price start at $14,000 Monday - Thursday, $15,500 Friday/Sunday and $16,900 on a Saturday for 100 guests. Package pricing vary with your guest count up to $28,000 for 200 guests for our All Inclusive Wedding Package. Our All Inclusive Wedding Package includes your Wedding Ceremony & Reception for 5 hours, A Custom Wedding Cake, DJ Services, and Audio Equipment, Non-alcoholic Beverages, Dinner and Cocktail Hour Catering, Ceremony & Reception Decor, Fresh Flower Centerpieces, Bartenders, Professional Event Staff, Free Valet Parking, Security and a Wedding Day Coordinator. You are allowed to provide your alcohol, and all our packages are customizable; you can add and remove from them to create your unique package. The fee for a Ceremony Only wedding is $4,500 and includes all décor. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A La Carte Rentals start at $3,800 Monday - Thursday, $5,000 Friday/Sunday and $6,500 on Saturday for 4 hour rentals. Clients must add$7/per person for Beverage Service and $1,000 outside catering fee if you choose to provide your catering.
