Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 1:00PM. Events must end by 4:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $2,250 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony and transition is $125 with reception rental or $500 for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
