Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight. Set up begins every day starting at 9 am for the couple to do their decorations. Brides get full day in the bridal suite
Grooms get 4 hours in the groom's room. We will have the room ready for you short of you placing your centerpieces, sign in table and gift table.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $3,800 for both ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.

We only do one wedding per day. All linens are included with your rental along with a bridal suite, groom's room and day of coordinator. We also do all set up and clean up for your event.
