    After 17 years in business, The Waterhouse in Peoria, Illinois is re-branding to the MAXAM Event Center. While The Waterhouse will still the the operator and a catering option for our venue, we will now begin allowing approved outside caterers to be used by booked clients beginning in July 2021!!

    For 2021 Bookings: Room Fee is $3,000 for up to a 6 hour reception along with an additional 2 hours for client setup and 1 hour for tear down ; $350 Kitchen Fee if using a caterer other than The Waterhouse Catering ; $250 Bartender Charge - bar is provided by The Waterhouse ; $100 Breakage Fee.
