Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 3:00PM. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,500 to $7,500 for ceremony and reception and includes 7 1/2 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $500 to $4,300. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required.
