Willoughby Farm Overview
When you’re looking for that authentic vintage farm feeling for your wedding, Willoughby Farm can suit all comers. You can rent the bank barn or pavilion for a small, private gathering; or go all out with a Full-Farm rental that includes both barns, the pavilion, and farm yard; complete with a fire pit for a bonfire or to roast up marshmallows and s'mores as a party treat. A white wooden arbor can be the perfect place for you to celebrate that first kiss as an official couple! For special occasions where you need to get ready in a little privacy, they offer up the first floor of the 1930’s farm house. The house is air conditioned, heated, and has two fully functioning bathrooms (including a shower!) When it comes to planning your big day, Willoughby Farm has it all. The rental fee is $900 for a reception and ceremony and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is included with reception rental or $300 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $225/hr. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. A $15 liquor permit is required is alcohol is served.Amenities And Requirements
