If you envision saying "I do," in a romantic and classic setting then look no further than the historic Taylor House. Built in 1853, the Italianate Victorian residence in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood, offers a picturesque atmosphere marked by beauty and tranquility for your nuptials. The Taylor House specializes in small to medium sized gatherings, and in-house services that include floral arranging, and rental of tableware, stemware, flatware, linens, and other items, are also available. The first floor of Taylor House and the seasonal gardens create an intimate environment for heartfelt vows and a fabulous reception. The interior of the house features some antique furnishings and is inspired by an extensive contemporary art collection and spiced with thrift shop finds. The garden is an extension of the charming venue and offers seasonal outdoor spaces for enjoyment. The layout includes brick and belgian cobblestone paved areas where guests can sit and/or gather, connected by gently undulating paths. This one-of-a-kind venue is sure to please and will give you the fairytale wedding you have been dreaming of!
