Venue Notes

The rental fee is $155 per hour with a 2-hour minimum rental. Reservation time includes set-up and clean-up by renter. Amenities included in the rental: galley kitchen, tables and chairs, glassware, plates, silverware, serving dishes, beverage pitchers and dispensers. 50% deposit is due within 3 days of contract signing; balance is due 14 days before the event.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Balloons may be used for indoor décor, but never released- LED candles only- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Nothing can be hung on or attached in any way to the walls or windows
