The Champions Club at The Retreat – with sweeping views and elegant Tuscan-styled clubhouse – is your ideal location for your special day. Nestled in the quaint Temescal Valley, the venue is more like an estate home than a traditional clubhouse. Your guests walk into the building through a grand entry with vaulted ceilings, a wrought iron chandelier, and rich décor. The entire property has gorgeous details including a front garden with a water fountain, rambling patios, handsome leather furniture in the entry and bar, and three fireplaces including an outdoor fireplace. Say your vows on the back lawn that looks out onto sweeping views of the valley and features an 80-foot walkway which will give you plenty of time to enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime experience of walking down the aisle. After your ceremony, your guests can indulge in cocktails and appetizers while watching the sun set out on the terrace. If you are having a winter wedding they can cozy up beside the fireplace next to the marble-topped bar. Your unforgettable reception unfolds in the vast banquet room under a stunning vaulted ceiling. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:00AM.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there are certain revenue minimums applied to all events depending upon event date and time. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The flat fee for a wedding ceremony is $595. There are all-inclusive packages available, which range from $51 to $125 per person and vary depending on menus, options and guest count. The wedding package shown on Wedding Spot is the Silver Package. The Silver Package is $65 per person for 101-175 guests and includes one hour of open bar. For weddings held on Saturday evenings, April through October, it's an additional $15 per person. All packages are completely customizable and adding or removing services will alter the price. For additional hours, please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for specific pricing. A non-refundable 25% security deposit is required.
