After guests travel up the tree-lined drive, they are treated to cocktails in a quaint ranch house with brick accents and white trim. Under swaying palm trees and blue sky, your friends and family will witness your special moment. A celebratory cocktail hour unfolds after the ceremony, and guests will raise glasses of champagne to toast your nuptials. Dinner and dancing commence on the lawn of the quaint ranch house, with bistro lights twinkling above your festive party. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $1,250 to $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $130/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Venue rental supports the projects and efforts of the Community Alliance with Family Farmers.
