Situated just outside of Indianapolis, The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club offers an elegant and highly customizable venue for hosting your big day. Combining excellent service with personalized planning assistance and delectable cuisine, this upscale club will not disappoint! Imagine dancing the night away in the Ballroom, an impeccable space designed with classic touches in mind, but with a modern spin. Expansive windows, subtle architectural design, the attached patio, and French doors combine to create a pleasing ambiance. The Ballroom’s back parlor, The Blue Heron Room, is a versatile space that is ideal for medium-sized events -- featuring large french doors, large windows, and a private deck overlooking the golf course. The King Fisher Room is also perfect for medium-sized weddings, boasting an abundance of natural light with its large windows and skylights. Smaller gatherings or cocktail hours can take place in the The Goldfinch Room, a multi-purpose room complete with wide windows. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $250 to $2000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $750 plus reception rental.
