Memorable views of rolling hills, pastures and farmland are the picturesque backdrop for your unforgettable wedding. You will be escorted down the aisle on the stunning brick patio, surrounded by flowering rose bushes and all the people you love. After a magical ceremony guests can take in the view of the soft rolling hills of the valley while enjoying a cocktail and dining under the pines. Your memorable indoor reception begins in the Rancho Room, decorated with local landscapes by acclaimed artist Carol Satriani .The Rancho Room is the perfect setting for elegant dining. Step through the French doors onto the deck to enjoy the cool evening air and the stars twinkling above. Dance the night away as rustic sconces and a wagon-wheel chandelier lights up the dance floor and the original 19th-century brick fireplace casts a romantic ambience into the room. The Rancho Room, Lawn and Gardens are included in all of the "wedding packages." The Western Room is ideal for smaller & more intimate receptions, rehearsal dinners and weddings, Double doors open up to a redwood deck, which is shaded with black walnut & buckeye trees. Our special location offers numerous creative possibilities and we specialize in customized casual and formal events to meet your needs and budget. Rental Fees

The following are a few examples of our typical rental fees & packages: The fees for our all-inclusive private weekend " Rancho Room" buyout range from $18,000 to $25,000 plus tax & gratuity. We close the Rancho Room and Lawn to the public for a 5-hour period. The buyout is for 150 guests and additional guests will be billed At $100 per person. The menus can be chosen from a banquet selection or a menu can be designed especially for you. The Package prices vary depending on day of week and bar selections. Wine, Beer, Liquor, Champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, food service, staffing, linens, tables, chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, set-up and breakdown are included. The wedding cake, photographer, flowers, music, custom décor and ceremonies would be an additional expense. A private "Western Room" rental which accommodates up to 50 guests $1000 on weekdays (Monday- Thursday) and $3,500 on weekends ( plus food, beverage, minimums, tax and gratuity) Weddings for less than 100 gusts can also be customized A daytime "Rancho Room" weekend event ( 12-5) and weekday evening event (including Fridays and all days off season) can be customized for a $2500-5000 rental fee plus food beverage, tax and gratuity.
