Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $6,000 to $9,000 and includes an extra hour of event time. Initial deposit is 35% of the food and beverage minimum, ceremony site fee, plus tax and service charge.
