Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows for 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up. Additional hours can be purchased for a staffing charge of 20% of the food and beverage minimum. The set up fee is $750 for a ceremony only.
