Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time. No restrictions on event end time.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a guest count minimum of 50 applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $600 to $800 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $7 per person per hour. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
