Located three and a half hours north of San Francisco, the Inn at Newport Ranch facilities lend themselves very well for intimate wedding celebrations of up to 60 people. Why limit yourself to a day when you can enjoy an entire wedding weekend? The inn can accommodate up to 28 of your closest family and friends. Choose from a unique variety of indoor and outdoor settings for your ceremony including: Celebration Point, Panoramic Hilltop, Council Bluff, The Green, The Newport Room, and The North Lawn. Then crown your celebration with a fabulous reception in the main dining room, which boasts a 20-foot stone fireplace and stunning ocean and coastal range views. Because the dedicated staff believes all events should be tailored and magical, they will customize menus and offerings to meet your taste and budget. Your special day will be everything you dream of and more!

The rental fee ranges from $12,800 to $19,000 for a 2 day rental of entire property and includes overnight accommodations for 35 guests. Part of this rental fee is for the buyout of the guest rooms, which can be billed directly to the guests. Rental also includes complimentary breakfast and ATV tour for all overnight guests, as well as 2 overnight stays for the couple during planning process. For an in season bookings (May through October) we require a full buyout of all of the guests rooms, we can offer more flexibility for off season bookings. We create customized proposals for each event; we can customize food packages, beverage packages, where you'd like to ceremony to take place, and more!
