The rental fee ranges from $75 to $150 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. If the entire restaurant for over 50 guests is rented, there is no rental fee but there is a food and beverage minimum applied. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required.
