The Manor has been hosting weddings for more than 50 years and its timeless elegance will create the perfect beginning to your joyous new life! Situated on 20 acres of beautifully-manicured gardens bordering Eagle Rock Reservation, the Manor offers breathtaking beauty inside and out for your special day. With spectacular architecture and Italianate fountains, the Manor’s expansive formal garden, unique in its scale and design, provides a romantic stage for your picturesque garden wedding. Watch all eyes turn as you proceed down the aisle, passing beneath ten ornate arched trellises that are lush in the summer with greenery and stunning pink blooms. Exchange vows in the open-air gloriette where you are offered shade and a dramatic effect of light and shadow. From the detailed stone statuettes lining the gloriette to an intricate bubbling fountain ringed with flowering shrubbery at the garden's far end, the meticulously manicured grounds provide an enchanting setting for one's first moments as a married couple. Inside the Manor, the many sparkling crystal chandeliers, decorative accents, antique pieces, and richly detailed architecture throughout lend a true sense of authenticity and grandeur befitting the reputation of this over half-century old landmark. From the Starlight Gardens, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the Manor's impressive cascading fountains, to the Greenery, with its views of the lush gardens, each room at the Manor has an authentic character all its own.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a guest minimum depending on the reception site and wedding date applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $10/person and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $10/person/hr. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a 100 guest count wedding.
