Restored in 1999 to its original grandeur, this 20th century Beaux Arts style mansion is framed by formal landscaping and nestled on 103 acres of wooded parklands in the rolling hills of the Connecticut River Valley. The mansion’s ballrooms with marble fireplaces and coffered ceilings can comfortably accommodate up to two hundred guests for a formal sit down dinner and larger numbers for an informal cocktail reception. The loggia, a sun drenched room with vaulted ceilings and French doors, opens onto a grand terrace. Overlooking a seven hundred foot vista, the terrace is perfect for entertaining during cocktail hour and dancing beneath the stars. The tennis pavilion offers an intimate setting for an outdoor ceremony. The Wadsworth Mansion distinguishes itself by hosting only one event each day. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 3 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $6,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 9 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
