Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee for the Grand Ballroom is $7,500 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. This fee includes use of the Grand Terrace or Gilded Fox Terrace for a wedding ceremony. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security of $1,000 is required. Overnight packages start at $10,500 and weekend packages start at $12,500. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
