We're looking for an incredibly talented and experienced General Manager to lead and grow our corporate sales organization. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to join a dynamic environment and is passionate about setting up projects for future success. We're looking for a successful leader and an individual who enjoys meeting new people, developing strong relationships, negotiating & closing impactful deals, and growing and managing a team. You and your team will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new event venues and experiences, launching Wedding Spot into new markets, and managing relationships with existing customers. And most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the incredible opportunity we have to transform the $160 billion events industry! You will be reporting directly to the CEO & Co-Founder of Wedding Spot. Responsibilities

• Spearhead the launch of Wedding Spot into new regions and cities
• Lead a team to source and onboard new event venues and experiences
• Manage relationships and listing content for existing venues and experience vendors
• Recruit and grow the corporate events sales organization
• Draft and execute venue and vendor contracts
• Propose and implement new customer acquisition strategies
• Effectively communicate progress and results to the CEO

What we're looking for

• Proven leader, natural ability to influence others
• Consulting or corporate strategy background preferred but not required
• Polished and professional individual with excellent communication skills
• Must be extremely skillful in pitching to customers and negotiating deals
• Experiences and background in growing and managing a team preferred
• Hustle and determination, "can do" attitude
• Passion for achieving growth and success in a startup environment
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a strategic thinker
• Ability to multi-task with extraordinary attention to detail
• Energetic and highly organized, takes ownership of projects
