Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $750.00 to $1,000.00 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time, excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee to rent the Ballroom or Side Deck for a wedding ceremony is $499.95 with reception rental and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $499.95/hr.
