The rental fee ranges from $350 to $1,250 for a reception depending on the reception site and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A food and beverage minimum is applied to all events. The rental fee ranges from $500 to $750 for a wedding ceremony depending on the ceremony site.
