Time Restrictions

Exclusive use of the entire facility extends all day Saturday until 11:00AM on Sunday for Friday and Saturday weddings. Exclusive use extends from 3:00PM on the day of the reception until 11:00AM the following day for Sunday through Thursday weddings. Please note, Grove Tent not available for off peak season.

Rental Fees

The rental fee for the Main House ranges from $2,250 to $7,950 for ceremony and reception and the rental fee for the Grove Tent ranges from $8,750 to $14,750. There is also a guest room requirement applied to events. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot for on peak rental fees for the Main House are based on pricing for the shoulder months: March, April, July, August, and November.
