Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum of $10,000 per ballroom rented applied to all events. There are four ballrooms available that may be used individually or may be connected to form a larger space. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,500. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a rental of one ballroom with the Exclusive package.
