Perched along docks and bobbing sailboats, the scene is absolutely perfect for a nautical themed wedding. Have your ceremony right next to the water on the flowering lawn before heading into the Waterfront Banquet Room for the evening. With windows facing out to the marina, dine and dance with the twinkling lights glistening on the water before you. Your guests can even step out onto the patio to enjoy the view and the refreshing breeze!

Time Restrictions

Set up can start at 10:00AM on any given day. Permitted leasing hours are as follows: Saturday Events 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM Sunday-Thursday Events 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Friday Events 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $6,000 for ceremony and reception and includes up to 14 hours of leasing time to include your set up and clean up. To book, a 50% deposit of the estimated total cost is required to secure the date. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the event date, along with a separate refundable damage deposit of $500, and a non-refundable janitorial fee of $250.
