The rental fee for a 4-night stay for up to 12 guests staying in this historic house with a ceremony and reception for 50 guests is $6212.00. The rental fee for a 7-night stay for up to 12 guests staying in this historic house with a ceremony and reception for 50 guests is $9,812.00 with a ceremony and reception. We also offer a package for a rental of 15 hours for just the grounds only for $4500. With this price you are able to bring in your own caterers and any other vendors we may suggest, or ones you know. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required. Please add $500 for each additional 50 guests attending the ceremony and reception.
