Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.
The rental fee is $325 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $200 with reception rental. A ceremony only wedding (prior to 3 PM) is $300 for up to 3 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $125/hr.
