Enjoy cocktail hour around the pool or in the comfort of an enclosed porch, the Chesapeake Bay Room. You will also have access to three acres of manicured grounds for a beautiful outdoor ceremony, parking, and unmatched settings for photographs. Intimate indoor weddings for up to 40 people may be held inside. The 2 1/2 story Georgian main house features a paneled front door and fanlight, wide plank floors and elaborate wood moldings, all lovingly preserved. This Williamsburg style home pays homage to the Georgian period and creates an ideal location for your celebration. Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,800 to $3,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is also a 3 day weekend rental available, please inquire with venue for details.
