The San Ramon venue is welcoming with neutral colors and hedges at the entrance. Inside, the neutral colors are offset by a white ceiling with dark, cherry colored wood beams that create parallel lines across the outside edge of the room. Perched on the hillside, large windows allow sweeping vistas of the Tri-Valley below. Double doors lead to an outdoor patio, with decorative light posts, roses and unobstructed views during the day with glimmering city lights visible at night. The windows can be accented with sheer or rich fabrics. The expansive room is decorated with soft, glass light fixtures that hang from the high ceiling. A decorative, calming fountain is located inside the room on a raised, lighted podium.

The reception rental fee ranges from $0 to $3,000, depending on guest count and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the Patio or Stage for a wedding ceremony is $950 for up to 200 guests and $2/person additional after 200 guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
