Know as a hub for Delmarva’s events, The Wicomico Youth & Civic Center offers soon-to-be-wed couples with an affordable and versatile Maryland wedding venue. Located in Salisbury between the Atlantic and the Chesapeake, this customizable setting offers up to 12 rooms that you can utilize for your big day -- ranging from intimate and cozy to large and lavish. Imagine exchanging your vows beneath the shade of a charming pergola in the open air courtyard, the privacy fence and picturesque landscaping combining to create a perfect “secret garden” feel for your outdoor ceremony. Utilize one of the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center’s many gathering spaces for a banquet style occasion or intimate dinner. Each room features classic decor and neutral color palette that allow you to craft the space of your dreams with the help of their expert event coordinators. Work with the center’s in-house catering team to craft a delectable menu tailored specifically to your tastes and preferences.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:30PM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a $35.95 per person food and beverage minimum applied to all events. There is also a guest minimum of 100 applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $250 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. Please inquire with venue for additional package options.
