Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $350 to $2,700 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the Ballroom for a wedding ceremony is $400 and the fee to rent the Gazebo for a wedding ceremony is $650. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $3.50/person/hr. Event coordination is provided at a rate of $75 per hour with a three hour minimum. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a 100 guest count wedding.
