The secluded gated-community at The Villages Golf & Country Club is located in the beautiful Evergreen Valley surrounded by the San Jose hills and downtown city lights on either side. Membership is not required at the championship golf course to utilize the Spanish mission-style clubhouse. Marked by a tiled roof on the outside, inside the clubhouse is airy and light with floor-to-ceiling windows displaying spectacular views of the rolling green hills. Decorative glass lights hang from the ceiling over a perfectly polished wood floor. The venue offers complete catering and is framed by a serene gorgeous backdrop of meticulously-groomed landscaping. Features also include a full-service bar, a cozy fireplace, a courtyard pavilion and rock fountains.

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. -Last dance for DJ's is 10:45pm -Last dance for live bands is 10:30pm. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee is $2,400 (121 to 250 guests) or $1600 (120 guests and under). Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. The room rental fee is the security deposit which is refundable up to 90 days before the scheduled event date.
