Flip the space during cocktail hour. The vintage modern lounge on the second floor with its stained glass windows and vintage french doors is an idyllic location for cocktail hour. Return to the main floor to dine, dance, and toast in celebration of your love. The warehouse's open format and flexible space is filled with unlimited possibility. And the owners' host the area's largest collection of vintage furniture rentals on site to make designing the space a lot easier. Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 11:30PM.
The rates available are for 2017. Please inquire with the venue for the 2016 rates and dates left available. The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $4,500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception rental.
