The rental fee ranges from $30,000 to $40,000.

6 Hour event and multiple locations to choose from on our 50 acre property. Ability to go until 11pm.
Beer and Spirits are allowed. (Wine is purchased from us. We promise you will love it!.
2 sets of indoor restroom facilities 1 set located at the front of the property and 1 set in the 6 acre gardens.
2 Full catering kitchens.
Power access in most locations.
Sufficient lighting in most commonly used outdoor locations.
1 indoor option for up to 300 guests seated.
2 Bridal Party getting ready rooms.
Venue staff onsite for entire event including load in and load out.
