The lovely Water Oak Manor serves as a quaint bed and breakfast to guests. This Greek Revival home was built in the 1840’s and remodeled and renovated in 2009 to be equipped with modern amenities and touches while retaining its historic architectural design and beauty. The classic details and Southern charm of the house have been preserved for a quaint and classy mansion, perfect for a storybook wedding. With executive style comforts, designer flare, and period details, Water Oak Manor is a historic home all nested under ancient water oaks and magnificent magnolias. The property is situated on a spacious 15 acres with over 5,000 square feet of heated and cooled spaced inside the home with over 900 square feet of porches wrapped around the house. The brick steps leading up to the house are flanked by white pillars on a sturdy porch. Open the doors and step into a room with regal dark mahogany hardwood floors and vintage lamp hanging from the high ceilings. Take a step into the back for a forest wonderland with green meadows, water oaks decorated with mason jar candles, and vintage double white doors for a photobooth. Take steps down a brick aisle to a wooden arch with billowing white voile to say vows in the most romantic, secluded setting.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to 4,900 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. Venue is available for rehearsal at a fee of $1,000, please inquire with venue for details.
