Description

Originally opened by the President of Ireland Mary Robinson, the Irish American Heritage Center has since become the hub of unique collections reflecting the rich history and culture of Irish Americans in Illinois. Situated in a stunning turn-of-the-century building on Chicago’s northwest side, this centrally located space offers the perfect venue for couples hoping to celebrate their heritage or simply enjoy a breathtaking space. Host your reception in the Erin Room, a private floor ballroom featuring an expansive bar, large glass windows, and sparkling crystal chandeliers. Smaller wedding parties can celebrate in the Fifth Province Hall, a rich space featuring sky high ceilings and dark wooden accents reminiscent of the Emerald Isle. Across the way is an authentic Irish pub, a unique space that perfectly suits more laid back affairs. Whether you dance the night away in a sophisticated setting or kick back a few beers with your nearest and dearest, the Irish American Heritage Center offers a wide variety of spaces to suit your specific tastes and preferences!
