Located in the country on the edge of town, Mandeville Creek offers a stunning setting with a panoramic view of the Bridger Mountains. This location is advantageous, less than a quarter mile from several lodging options. This property is family-owned and operated in Bozeman, Montana and boasts a history that dates back to 1890. The house started construction in the summer of 1926 and the basement was dug out the traditional way with a horse-drawn slip and the rocks for the foundation were dug from the pasture bottom northeast of the home to be completed in 1945. The sparkling waters of Mandeville Creek flows through this quaint, country property with views of the sprawling mountains nestled in the background. The trees surrounding the home bloom into beautiful pink flowers in the spring months and create a breathtaking picture of autumn colors in the fall. The venue is available from Friday to Sunday. Events must end by midnight or an extended event end time is allowed only around the campfire with (no amplified music after midnight).
The rental fee is $1,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes the venue from Friday to Sunday. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. The venue is only available from May to October. Tables/chairs/linens are provided for 80 guests. The venue allows for guest counts of 150 guests or more, please inquire to arrange. Please inquire with the venue for a weekday wedding.
