Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $175 to $1,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events Friday through Sunday, no required minimums for weekday weddings. The set up fee for a ceremony is $650 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
