The rental fee is $200 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a $52 per person food and beverage minimum applied to all events, along with a guest minimum. The fee for a ceremony is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr.
