Time Restrictions

Set up can start 2 hours prior to the event. Events must end by 9PM extended timeframe until midnight for an additional fee of $225/hr and security guards would be required (included in this fee).

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $1,794 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $119/hr. The venue is only available for Saturday wedding bookings. Rates for 4 to 8 hour packages are available. Other rates available for events extending past 9PM and to serve alcohol on premises. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. All events that serve alcoholic beverages must use the venue's exclusive alcohol service. The bar prices in the Wedding Spot profile are based on 76 to 125 guests for a 4 hour package. Please inquire with the venues for the applicable fee for additional set up and extended event hours.
